I would like to confirm that the program you have monitored is TRT Radio-4 transmission. In detail, 702 kHz MW transmitted from Çatalca, İstanbul.

This is an extraordinary propagation condition. TRT radio programs produced for foreign countries are broadcast only on short wave.
