On 1st January 2008 the official currency of The Republic of Cyprus will change from the Cyprus Pound to the Euro. To celebrate this historic event, members of the Pafos District of The Cyprus Amateur Radio Society will use the call C4EURO throughout 2008. C4EURO will be QRV on HF and VHF, on Phone, CW and Data modes.
