Un tempo ricco di esotiche stazioni in onda corta anche il continente africano pare stia seguendo il trend mondiale di dismissione graduale di questo sistema di trasmissione. Proprio per questo motivo ha fatto sensazione il ritorno on air sulla banda dei 31 metri della radio nazionale della Guinea uno degli stati dell'Africa Nord Occidentale che si facciano sull'Oceano Atlantico e che ha come capitale Conakry. Qualche anno fa la radio della Guinea si poteva ascoltare sulla banda dei 41 metri, ma ad un certo punto le trasmissioni vennero interrotte. Il nuovo servizio opera invece sulla frequenza dei 9650 KHz all'interno di una banda non facile e spesso occupata da emissioni high power. Gortunatamente ci sono però dei "buchi" che consentono un ascolto abbastanza buono dell'emittente africana che trasmette in lingua francese programmi musicali, informativi ed educativi. La clip che ho registrato alle 18 utc del 6 dicembre riguarda appunto l'apetto educativo e informativo dell'emittente con un simpatico jingle musicale e cantato che parla di educazione e informazione. Se vogliamo si tratta di un modo simpatico di introdurre argomenti a volte percepiti come noiosi.
