AUDIOCLIP, HAPPY NEW YEAR 2024 FROM RADIO NEW ZEALAND INTERNATIONAL, 13755 KHz

In Nuova Zelanda è già 2024 ! Come da tradizione Radio New Zealand ha trasmesso il consueto "New years'eve show" un programma di musica e auguri in vista del nuovo anno.  Anche quest'anno lo show è stato trasmesso in onde corte sulla frequenza di 13755 KHz consentendo ai BCL-SWL europei un assaggio di anno nuovo con 12 ore di anticipo rispetto al nostro fuso orario. Ottima la scelta musicale con molto rock e la struggente "Bonnie please don't go" dalla voce di Kevin Johnoson poco prima della mezzanotte. Al termine segnale orario, auguri per il nuovo anno e le voci della gente di Wellington che sta festeggiando.  In New Zealand it's already 2024! As per tradition, Radio New Zealand broadcast the usual "New years'eve show", a program of music and greetings in view of the new year. This year too, the show was broadcast on shortwave on the 13755 KHz frequency, allowing European BCL-SWLs a taste of the new year 12 hours earlier than our time zone. The choice of music was excellent with a lot of rock and the poignant "Bonnie please don't go" from the voice of Kevin Johnson just before midnight.
