CCR VALENCIA RADIO conferma in poco più di un'ora con email e QSL elettronica allegata un rapporto di ricezione relativo a una trasmissione in modo DSC sulla frequenza di 2187,5 KHz inviato all'email ccr.valencia@cellnextelecom.com . Nella mail oltre alla conferma dei dati di ascolto viene illustrata l'attività radio marittima della Cellnex Telecom gestore del servizio.

CCR VALENCIA RADIO confirms in just over an hour with email and attached electronic QSL a reception report relating to a transmission in DSC mode on the frequency of 2187.5 KHz sent to the email ccr.valencia@cellnextelecom.com . In addition to the confirmation of the listening data, the email illustrates the maritime radio activity of Cellnex Telecom, the service operator.

Since April 27th 2009, Cellnex telecom is providing the Distress and Safety of Human Life at Sea Service, helping all seafarers that require us.
Services provided by Cellnex telecom Coastal Stations:

-Receive and manage messages of Distress, Urgency and Safety, through two subsystems of the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS): Digital Selective Calling (DSC) and Radio.
-Free of charge link with Radio Medical Center of Instituto Social de la Marina and also with Centro Internazionale Radio Medico in Rome (C.I.R.M.).
-Broadcast Meteorological Forecast (WX) and Gale Warning provided by the Spanish Meteorological Agency (AEMET) and Navigational warnings (NX), provided by Sociedad de Salvamento y Seguridad Marítima.
-Test of radio equipments through our working frequencies / channels and Digital Selective Calling.
-Cellnex telecom also provides AIS (Automatic Identification System) for Salvamento Marítimo.

Cellnex telecom provides the Distress and Safety of Human Life at Sea Service through the Coastal Station Network, on all frequencies: VHF, MF and HF, complies with GMDSS requirements, providing coverage to all Spanish SAR area. The network consist of 38 VHF Coastal Stations, 9 MF Coastal Stations and 1 of HF, managed from 3 Radio Communication Centers (RCC): A Coruña, Las Palmas and Valencia.
AIS Service is provided to Salvamento Marítimo and it consists of 38 Coastal Stations to obtain wide signal coverage.
