Thank you for your monitoring report dated 07 Oct 2005 and for your interest in TRT programmes.
I would like to confirm that the program you have monitored is TRT Radio-4 transmission. In detail, 702 kHz MW transmitted from Çatalca, İstanbul.
This is an extraordinary propagation condition. TRT radio programs produced for foreign countries are broadcast only on short wave. Attached you will kindly find the B (2005) High Frequency Broadcasting Schedule of the Voice of Turkey that is effective from 30 October 2005 to 26 March 2006 and the information about TRT International Satellite Channels.
It is also possible to reach to the TRT-Voice of Turkey Seasonal HF Schedules from the http://www.trt.net.tr/wwwtrt/frekanstsr.aspx URL.
You can also watch/listen TRT TV and radio programmes (all national and international) via satellite and on the Internet. (http://www.trt.net.tr/ )
