A conclusione del Venerdì Santo la Radio Vaticana ha trasmesso anche in onde corte il rito della "Via Crucis" che si celebra annualmente nell'area archeologica del Colosseo. Tre le frequenze utilizzate: 7360 KHz per la lingua inglese, 9670 KHz per la lingua francese e 9710 KHz per la lingua portoghese. La clip audio che vi proponiamo è tratta dalla trasmissione in lingua portoghese diretta verso l'Africa meridionale, ma nella presentazione della trasmissione vengono citate anche numerose emittenti radiofoniche di lingua portoghese che in Brasile e Portogallo si sono collegate con l'emittente vaticana trasmettendo anche esse in diretta la celebrazione.
At the end of Holy Friday the Vatican Radio broadcast also in short waves the rite of
the "Via Crucis" that is celebrated annually in the archaeological area
of the Colosseum. Three frequencies used: 7360 KHz
for the English language, 9670 KHz for the French language and 9710 KHz
for the Portuguese language. The audio clip that we
propose is taken from the transmission in Portuguese language directed
to southern Africa, but in the presentation of the transmission are also
cited numerous radio stations of Portuguese language that in Brazil and
Portugal have connected with the Vatican broadcaster also transmitting
them live the celebration.
