Sono andate regolarmente in onda le trasmissioni test in lingua francese programmate da Radio Taiwan International per sabato primo luglio 2023. Le trasmissioni diffuse dal centro di Tamsui erano strutturate in segmenti da 10 minuti diffusi su varie frequenze nella fascia oraria compresa tra le 17 e le 18.30 UTC. I test servivano per individuare le frequenze ottimale per il servizio in lingua francese dell'emittente di Stato di Taiwan. Questi i risultati del nostro monitoraggio:
11995 KHz
La prima frequenza ad essere stata testata e quella che oggettivamente ha dato i risultati migliori è stata quella degli 11995 KHz sulla banda dei 25 metri, testata in due segmenti che andavano rispettivamente dalle 17.00 alle 17.10 e dalle 17.30 alle 17.40 UTC. Ottimo segnale e ottima modulazione per tutti e due i test. Nel video vi proponiamo il primo test, ma anche il successivo è stato di pari qualità.
RADIO TAIWAN INTERNATIONAL TEST SU 11995 KHz
9545 KHz
Cambio di frequenza e di banda per il terzo test trasmesso invece dalle 18.00 alle 18.10 sui 9545 KHz, banda dei 31 metri. In questo caso, anche in presenza di un segnale forte, si è registrato un certo QSB e una qualità audio non certo ottimale. Questa le registrazione dell'inizio della trasmissione con l'identificazione della stazione:

Un discorso a parte merita il test su questa frequenza che nella maggior parte del tempo risulta occupata da Radio Cina Internazionale e dalla PBS Xizang e che nella serata di sabato primo luglio risultava occupata da un forte rumore (ipotizzo che fosse un segnale Stanag) che impediva il normale ascolto dell'emittente taiwanese, tirata su solo in modalità LSB come mostrato nel video.

Nel comunicato che annunciava il test era citata anche la frequenza di 7250 KHz sula quale però non sono riuscito ad ascoltare nulla.
The French-language test broadcasts scheduled by Radio Taiwan International for Saturday 1 July 2023 were regularly aired. Change of frequency and band for the third test transmitted instead from 18.00 to 18.10 on 9545 KHz, 31 meters band. In this case, even in the presence of a strong signal, a certain QSB was recorded and the audio quality was certainly not optimal. A separate discussion deserves the test on this frequency which in most of the time is occupied by Radio China International and by PBS Xizang and which on the evening of Saturday July 1st was occupied by a strong noise (I assume it was a Stanag signal) which prevented normal Taiwanese broadcast listening, pulled up only in LSB mode as shown in the video.
In the press release announcing the test, the frequency of 7250 KHz was also mentioned on which, however, I was unable to hear anything
