I 100 KW del sito trasmittente TWR di Parakou, nel Benin, coprono la Nigeria e una buona parte dell'Africa Occidentale e alla mattina presto un segnale abbastanza robusto arriva anche in Europa permettendo un ascolto abbastanza agevole della stazione sulla frequenza dei 1476 KHz in onda media che dallo scorso anno affianca la vecchia frequenza dei 1566 KHz sempre dal Benin. La nuova frequenza serve specificamente la Nigeria proponendo trasmissioni nelle principali lingue parlate in questa grande e popolosa nazione, al cui interno convivono, spesso in stato di forte tensione, numerose etnie, linguaggi e religioni, soprattutto nel nord del Paese. Fondata nel 1952, TWR è la principale organizzazione multinazionale evangelica nella produzione e distribuzione di contenuti religiosi.
