L'atteso lancio del Crew Dragon che dopo nove anni doveva riportare in orbita due astronauti americani dalla base di Cape Canaveral è stato rinviato all'ultimo minuto per il maltempo. La prossima finestra di lancio è prevista per sabato 30 maggio alle ore 21.22 ora italiana. Ci sarà quindi il tempo per tentare l'ascolto su onde corte delle comunicazioni di servizio a supporto del lancio. Nel periodo di massimo impegno della NASA nelle missioni spaziali erano numerose le frequenze di servizio da monitorare mentre in questo caso dal gruppo UDFX è giunta una sola segnalazione su una sola frequenza relativa a questa missione spaziale. La frequenza monitorata è quella di 10780 KHz ed è stato un radioamatore americano a segnalarla nel gruppo che si occupa di trasmissioni utility. The expected launch of the Crew Dragon which was to bring two American astronauts back to orbit from Cape Canaveral after nine years was postponed at the last minute due to bad weather. The next launch window is scheduled for Saturday 30 May at 21.22 Italian time. There will therefore be time to attempt short-wave listening of service communications in support of the launch. In the period of maximum NASA commitment in space missions, there were numerous service frequencies to be monitored while in this case, only one signal came from the UDFX group on a single frequency relating to this space mission. The frequency monitored is 10780 KHz and it was an American radio amateur to report it in the group that deals with utility transmissions. This is the text of the email relating to the report:
