AUDIOCLIP, "SCONFINAMENTI" VIA RADIO CAPODISTRIA 1170 KHz

 

"Sconfinamenti" è una storica trasmissione culturale prodotta con apposita delega da parte della presidenza del consiglio dei ministri  dalla sede RAI di Trieste e diffusa giornalmente all'interno dell'Ora della Venezia Giulia, spazio informativo dedicato agli italiani d'Istria, Dalmazia, Fiume e altre zone d'oltreconfine. Per molti anni questo programma è stato trasmesso anche in onde medie sulle frequenze regionali del Friuli Venezia Giulia e negli ultimi anni attraverso il trasmettitore di Venezia sui 936 KHz.  Alle 15.45 le normali trasmissioni di RAI Radiouno cedevano il posto alla programmazione locale che iniziava con un notiziario. Alle 16 e per i successivi 45 minuti andava in onda "Sconfinamenti". Dopo la dismissione delle onde medie da parte della RAI il programma viene trasmesso via web dal sito www.sedefvg.rai.it e su Rai Play Sound ma grazie ad appositi accordi è ancora possibile ascoltarlo in onde medie perchè viene giornalmente ripetuto, sempre con lo stesso format, da Radio Capodistria sulla frequenza di 1170 KHz alle 18 ora italiana. Normalmente nel periodo invernale in questa fascia oraria è possibile una buona qualità di ascolto della stazione ma oggi pomeriggio il fading era molto forte quindi ho preferito ripiegare con una registrazione di buona qualità effettuata attraverso un web sdr.

 "Sconfinamenti" is a historic cultural broadcast produced with a specific delegation by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers from the RAI headquarters in Trieste broadcast daily within the Ora della Venezia Giulia, an information space dedicated to Italians from Istria, Dalmatia, Fiume and other areas across the border. For many years this program was also broadcast in medium waves on the regional frequencies of Friuli Venezia Giulia and in recent years through the Venice transmitter on 936 KHz. At 3.45pm the normal RAI Radiouno broadcasts gave way to local programming which began with a news bulletin. At 4pm and for the next 45 minutes "Sconfinamenti" was broadcast. After the discontinuation of medium waves by RAI, the program is broadcast via web dal sito www.sedefvg.rai.it e su Rai Play Sound    but thanks to specific agreements it is still possible to listen to it on medium waves because it is repeated daily, always with the same format, by Radio Capodistria on the frequency of 1170 KHz at 6pm Italian time. Normally in the winter period in this time slot it is possible to listen to the station in good quality but this afternoon the fading was very strong so I preferred to fall back with a good quality recording made via a web SDR.
