In questi giorni la propagazione dall'estremo oriente è particolarmente favorevole e anche l'ascolto dei volmet ne risulta avvantaggiato. Uno dei segnali "classici" che nel tardo pomeriggio europeo si affacciano sui nostri ricevitori è quello di Hong Kong volmet che informa sulla situazione meteorologica degli aeroporti di quell'area. La stazione opera ai minuti 15 e 45 di ogni ora su tre frequenze: 6679, 8828 e 13282 KHz. L'ascolto è risultato particolarmente buono su quest'ultima frequenza DISPONIBILE QUI quindi ho inviato il rapporto d'ascolto allegando il file audio all'indirizzo enquiry@cad.gov.hk ed è stato immediatamente preso in carico da J. Hon (di cui ovviamente ometto l'email) che con scrupolo e professionalità ha controllato il rapporto, anticipandomi via email copia dell'invio cartaceo che mi verrà spedita all'indirizzo di casa. Il tutto in meno di 24 ore. Nell'email a firma di Silvia Mak oltre alla conferma vengono riportati i dati tecnici e l'area di copertura di Hong Kong Volmet.
These days the propagation from the Far East is particularly favorable and also the listening of volmet is advantaged. One of the "classic" signals that in the late European afternoon appear on our receivers is that of Hong Kong volmet that informs on the meteorological situation of the airports in that area. The station operates at minutes 15 and 45 of every hour on three frequencies: 6679, 8828 and 13282 KHz. The listening was particularly good on this last frequency AVAILABLE HERE so I sent the listening report attaching the audio file to the address enquiry@cad.gov.hk and it was immediately taken in charge by J. Hon (whose email I obviously omit) who with scrupulousness and professionalism checked the report, anticipating me by email a copy of the paper submission that will be sent to my home address. All in less than 24 hours. In the email signed by Silvia Mak, in addition to the confirmation, the technical data and the coverage area of Hong Kong Volmet are reported.
