Come ogni anno la Radio Vaticana trasmette in diretta, anche su onde corte, le celebrazioni della settimana santa. In altro POST si possono consultare gli orari e le frequenze di trasmissione dei riti pasquali. Le trasmissioni sono principalmente dirette verso Africa, medio ed estremo oriente con commenti in varie lingue: inglese, francese, portoghese, cinese ed arabo. Solitamente la celebrazione presieduta dal Papa si svolge nel suggestivo scenario del Colosseo ma quest'anno a causa dell'epidemia in corso la celebrazione è avvenuta in una piazza San Pietro deserta. Non avendo a disposizione in questi giorni la mia solita postazione di ascolto mi sono dovuto arrangiare con il piccolo portatile XHDATA 808 purtroppo molto sensibile ai rumori e alle interferenze all'interno delle abitazioni. Ho quindi ripreso i minuti iniziali del rito della Via Crucis con il mio cellulare e ripropongo il breve video a documentazione della trasmissione sui 9620 KHz con commento in lingua portoghese.
As every year, Vatican Radio broadcasts the celebrations of Holy Week live, even on short waves. In other POST, the times and frequencies of the Easter rites can be consulted. The broadcasts are mainly directed to Africa, the Middle and Far East with comments in various languages: English, French, Portuguese, Chinese and Arabic. Usually the celebration presided over by the Pope takes place in the suggestive scenario of the Colosseum but this year due to the ongoing epidemic the celebration took place in a deserted Piazza San Pietro. Not having my usual listening position available these days, I had to make do with the small XHDATA 808 laptop, unfortunately very sensitive to noise and interference inside homes. I then filmed the initial minutes of the Via Crucis ritual with my mobile phone and I propose the short video documenting the transmission on 9620 KHz with commentary in Portuguese.
