AUDIOCLIP, VATICAN RADIO, CHRISTMAS EVE CELEBRATIONS ON SHORWAVES

 


Come tutti gli anni la Radio Vaticana sta dedicando una serie di trasmissioni speciali in onde corte alle celebrazioni del Santo Natale. La Messa della vigilia di ieri sera, celebrata in orario anticipato rispetto alla tradizione, per rispettare le norme anti covid, è stata trasmessa in onde corte con commento in varie lingue tra le quali il francese. La clip è stata registrata sulla frequenza di 7305 KHz e contiene il momento della consacrazione eucaristica e la fine della celebrazione con l'"ite missa est". Avremmo voluto anche farvi ascoltare la bella esecuzione corale del "Tu scendi dalle stelle", ma come si sente, all'esecuzione si sovrappone prima la voce della commentatrice e  alla fine la portante di Radio Cina Internazionale, al solito invadente ed irritante, che ha coperto gli ultimi minuti di trasmissione.



As every year, Vatican Radio is dedicating a series of special shortwave broadcasts to the celebrations of Holy Christmas. Last night's Eve Mass, celebrated earlier than the tradition, to comply with anti-covid rules, was broadcast on shortwave with commentary in various languages, including French. The clip was recorded on the frequency of 7305 KHz and contains the moment of the Eucharistic consecration and the end of the celebration with the "ite missa est". We would also have liked to let you listen to the beautiful choral performance of "Tu scendi dalle stelle", but as you hear, the commentator's voice is superimposed on the performance and at the end the carrier of Radio China International, usually intrusive and irritating, which has covered the last few minutes of the broadcast.
