L'ESPERIENZA DI RAISTEREONOTTE RACCONTATA IN UN LIBRO DA GIAMPIERO VIGORITO

 

(di Tiziano Rapanà) Come si racconta la storia di un’innovazione? Non esiste un manuale all’uopo. Si deve improvvisare, col rischio di sbagliare. Si deve evitare di mortificare una storia importante: bisogna proteggerla dalla tronfia retorica e anche dal demone della delusione che si insinua sempre lì, dietro l'angolo, quando i cantori del revisionismo vogliono orchestrare la loro processione. Un gruppo di professionisti, un pool guidato da Giampiero Vigorito, per fortuna ha narrato la nascita e la crescita di un momento d’innovazione della radio italiana senza sbagliare un colpo. E non era scontato in questo florilegio di racconti, analisi, spiegazioni di un fenomeno complesso come Raistereonotte, non sbagliare. Perché c’era il rischio di scrivere delle partiture stonanti, di costruire un libro inutile che al massimo avrebbe titillato le papille gustative dei fan più accaniti con aneddoti frivoli. Qui no c’è una visione completa, alcuni direbbero a 360 gradi, di un monumento storico. Il libro raccoglie anche curiosità, retroscena e testimonianze dei collaboratori storici che si sono alternati per 14 anni ai microfoni del programma trasmesso in diretta dagli studi di via Po 14 a Roma, ma non c’è solo questo. Il libro vi farà capire il fenomeno e vi illustrerà i cambiamenti che ha generato e soprattutto vi dirà di quali mutamenti sociali è figlio, perché se non ci fosse stata una rivoluzione culturale negli anni settanta non avremmo avuto Raistereonotte. Nel libro leggerete i testi di Ernesto Assante, Marco Boccitto, Stefano Bonaugura, Giuseppe Carboni, Alberto Castelli, Massimo Cotto, Carlo De Blasio, Teresa De Santis, Stefano Mannucci, Enrico Sisti, Fabrizio Stramacci e tanti altri (sono tanti e non li cito tutti). Complimenti a Vigorito anima di Raistereonotte e del libro. Il curatore si è risparmiato l'inutile celebrazione per realizzare qualcosa di solido, da leggere e studiare nelle università. Il libro lo consiglio agli studenti di comunicazione e a chi vuole capire qualcosa di più della storia della radio nostrana. Mi raccomando, dalla settimana prossima, tutti in libreria ad acquistare Raistereonotte - Il libro (Iacobelli editore, 2020).

We must avoid mortifying an important story: we must protect it from the pompous rhetoric and also from the demon of disappointment that always creeps there, around the corner, when the cantors of revisionism want to orchestrate their procession. A group of professionals, a pool led by Giampiero Vigorito, fortunately narrated the birth and growth of a moment of innovation in Italian radio without missing a beat. And it was not obvious in this florilege of stories, analyzes, explanations of a complex phenomenon like Raistereonotte, do not make mistakes. Because there was the risk of writing jarring scores, of building a useless book that at best would have titillated the taste buds of the most avid fans with frivolous anecdotes. Here there is no complete view, some would say 360 degrees, of a historic monument. The book also collects curiosities, background and testimonies of historical collaborators who have alternated for 14 years at the microphones of the program broadcast live from the studios in via Po 14 in Rome, but there is not only this. The book will make you understand the phenomenon and illustrate the changes it has generated and above all it will tell you what social changes it is the child of, because if there hadn't been a cultural revolution in the seventies we would not have had Raistereonotte. In the book you will read the texts by Ernesto Assante, Marco Boccitto, Stefano Bonaugura, Giuseppe Carboni, Alberto Castelli, Massimo Cotto, Carlo De Blasio, Teresa De Santis, Stefano Mannucci, Enrico Sisti, Fabrizio Stramacci and many others (they are many and I will not mention them all). Congratulations to Vigorito, the soul of Raistereonotte and the book. The curator spared the unnecessary celebration to create something solid, to be read and studied in universities. I recommend the book to communication students and to those who want to understand something more of the history of our local radio. I recommend, from next week, everyone in the bookstore to buy Raistereonotte - The book (Iacobelli editore, 2020).
