Lo scorso anno mi è capitato di ascoltare due trasmissioni test di Radio Rossii sui 549 e sui 1143 KHz attraverso il centro trasmittente dell'exclave russo di Kaliningrad. Ho inviato i relativi rapporti d'ascolto alla consueta email del QSL manager ANDREY all'indirizzo andrey_hamradio@mail.ru. Normalmente Andy è molto preciso e veloce nelle risposte solo che in quella occasione, sicuramente per un disguido, non ho ricevuto risposta. Questa mattina, ripensando alla vicenda, ho nuovamente inviato l'email con i rapporti di ascolto e nel giro di quattro ore ho ricevuto la QSL elettronica relativa ai 549 KHz. L'altra invece dovrei scaricarla da un cloud al quale però non riesco ad accedere. Per il momento quindi mi limito alla QSL ricevuta sperando di poter al più presto integrare anche con la QSL relativa all'altra frequenza.
Last year I happened to listen to two test transmissions of Radio Rossii on 549 and 1143 KHz through the transmitting center of the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad. I sent the related listening reports to the usual email of the QSL manager ANDREY at the address andrey_hamradio@mail.ru. Normally Andy is very precise and quick in his replies, but on that occasion, surely due to a misunderstanding, I did not receive a reply. This morning, thinking back to the matter, I sent the email with the listening reports again and within four hours I received the electronic QSL for 549 KHz. The other one, however, I should download from a cloud which I cannot access. For the moment, therefore, I will limit myself to the QSL received, hoping to be able to integrate it as soon as possible with the QSL for the other frequency.
